About the Event

The photo opportunities are endless when you're in the historic district. We will be concentrating on The Queset House, Oakes Ames Hall and the Ames Free Library (for sunset). I will show you how to take control of your images and create a well-constructed composition on the fly. Here is a list of what you will need.

DSLR Camera (point and shoot cameras are not covered)

Wide Angle Lens (kit lenses such as the 18-55 mm are fine too)

Telephoto Lens (this is great for zooming in on the architectural details)

Fully Charged Battery (bring a spare if you have one)

Memory Card

Cost: $30.00

Meeting Point: Ames Free Library Parking Lot

If we are not connected on Facebook, please add me as a friend. I post pictures daily with my camera settings.
